If for some reason we can’t take the trip…
Lil’ Toot will depart rain or shine but under certain circumstances a trip may have to be cancelled at the Captains’ discretion. We will try to reschedule the trip, but if your schedule does not allow, you will be given the full refund of the booking.
We understand schedules may change and request that you review our cancellation policy before changing your trip.
For all advanced reservations:
If you need to cancel we require email notice no less than 14 days in advance to receive a full refund of the booking total. Within 14 days a $25.00 booking fee will be charged. If we are able to rebook your reservation with new guests we will refund your booking fee. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of sailing we will not refund the booking amount.
